1. No physical goods

MELTA provides membership of the Association, which is a service. No physical goods are sold or shipped through this website, and no shipping charges apply.

2. Payment confirmation

A payment confirmation is sent to your email address once your payment has been completed.

3. Membership processing and confirmation

Please allow up to one month for your membership application to be processed. Once your application is approved, we will confirm your membership by email to the address you provided. Your membership is valid for the period of the category you paid for, as set out on our Pricing page.

4. If you have not heard from us

If you have not received confirmation within one month of payment, please contact us at admin@melta.my or +60 17-604 7490 with your full name, payment date and transaction reference.
