I am a primary school teacher. You know what i do for creative writing and to improve in their basic writing. I let my students write whatever they want just like a diary. It can be like scolding their siblings or friends or anything that comes to their mind. Just a journal do not mark them. Day by day you will see their vocabulary list getting better, improvement in their grammar and constructing basic sentences. And I also use newspaper in classroom. Its another fantastic idea. Just try and you will see what I mean. Good luck |
