Re: Teaching of Literature: Problems and Challenges hello everyone.....
This topic really caught my attention because it makes me remember the problems that i faced when i was first been introduced to literature in form 4 several years ago. In my opinion, learning literature is not easy especially to students that live in rural areas. For some students learning about English language are already given them so much trouble and after literature was introduced, their problem added. So the teacher must make the learning process for the students more interesting and easier. |

Re: Teaching of Literature: Problems and Challenges Hi everyone.
I agree with fareast on his comment regarding the problems and challenges in teaching literature. It's not a simple task, because literature is not really part of life to many people. To make the teaching interesting and easier is one of the effort that could be made by teachers teaching literature at schools, but it could be burdensome too, since teachers might need to find new methods of teaching, or even come up with different materials and activities for different lessons. So I guess it's not teachers' task alone to make the teaching more interesting. It's a process involving everyone. Just my two cents
